Counselling Services

Covid19 has meant that for the moment most sessions are online and over the telephone. I understand this is a very difficult time for people so I am very flexible and happy to discuss how the sessions can be arranged including face to face if this is your preference.

Initial Assessment
I offer an initial free consultation for up to 30 minutes to see if I am the right person for you. It also offers the opportunity for you to ask any questions about me and the process of counselling.  
There is absolutely no obligation to continue after this initial contact.


Length of Sessions
Each counselling session is 50 minutes long.

Sessions

I offer online sessions on zoom & google meet & on the telephone .

Face to face will be considered, I have a space in  West London.

Fees

£55.00 per session

Concessions apply - please enquire about this,  I will always consider your personal circumstances.

Number of Sessions
Every person coming to therapy is an individual and may need a varying number of sessions. We will discuss this at the beginning of therapy and review this at regular intervals.
 

Confidentiality
The sessions are your opportunity to speak freely about your life. What we talk about is confidential as I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework.
